WPA - Work Point Analysis

Phân tích điểm làm việc - Work Point Analysis  là phương pháp phân tích nhằm xác định mối liên hệ bên trong giữ các hệ thống phụ trợ của thiết bị

1- Điểm làm việc - Work Point là gì?

Điểm làm việc - Work Point = Nơi "công việc" hoặc sự biến đổi xảy ra

                                        = Nơi có sự tiếp xúc giữa nguyên vật liệu và thiết bị làm biến đổi nguyên vật liệu về: Hướng chuyển động/ hình dáng/ tính chất/ thành phần.

- Có nhiều hệ thống tạo nên thiết bị:

• Hệ thống Siết chặt/ Structure/Fasteners
• Hệ thống bôi trơn/ Lubrication System
• Hệ thống Phát động và truyền động/ Drive & Transmission System
• Hệ thống Khí nén/ Pneumatic System

•  Hiểu thiết bị sâu sắc hơn: Chức năng- Nó thực hiện công việc gì? Cấu trúc- Các hệ thống trong thiết bị và các chi tiết thuộc về hệ thống đó.
• Lựa chọn ưu tiên các công việc thiết lập thông số/kiểm tra/tồn kho/thực hiện các giải pháp bảo trì

 - WPA is a preparation activity for AM teams prior to the general inspection work of step 4.

System Forming Work Point:

     The elements that make up the work point, and are a part of  the transformation.  Includes the product, equipment parts, processing materials.

System Determining Work Point Position:

     The supporting systems that position the elements that make up the workpoint so the transformation can take place with zero defects.

System Maintaining Work Point Continuity: 

     The supporting systems that ensure the work point and work point position are correct over time, ensuring zero defects on all units.  It assures the repeatability of work forming and positioning.
